Winemaker’s Notes

From the Paso Robles region in California, this Central Coast wine bursts of bright blueberry on the nose, combined with earthy notes. It delivers plum, blackberry, tobacco, cherry, and vanilla on the palate. Full bodied, medium tannins, smooth finish, and well-balanced. French and American oak aged.

This wine stands up well to flavorful, meaty dishes. Pair it with cheeseburgers, lamb shank, fillet mignon, stew, pot roast, meatloaf, strong cheeses, and short ribs.

Drink Me Magazine scored this wine with 91 Points, as did Bonfort’s Wine & Spirits Journal. Additionally, Tasting Panel Magazine allocated it 90 Points.
