Winemaker’s Notes

 

Our philosophical approach in the vineyards is to use water, our most precious resource, as sparingly as possible. This challenges the vines to develop more intense fruit for deeper, richer more flavorful wines.

Our Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of dried herbs, black plums, cherry, sweet oak, and cassis. It is medium-bodied with good structure, firm tannins, a rich mouthfeel and a lingering finish.
