Winemaker’s Notes

 

At the Maison du Parcours, we wander through all of France’s best growing regions in search of unique, small lots. As a native grape of France, this Sauvignon Blanc is a perfect example of what the country has to offer. Aromatic notes of Meyer lemon, fennel, and lemongrass are balanced by a stony minerality on the palate. Enjoy as an aperitif or paired with seafood, especially oysters on the half shell.
