French Oak Chips – Medium Toast – 1 Lb. Bag

Medium toast, roasted between 350 1/2 & 375 1/2 F. For white wines add 1 to 1-1/2 cups and for red wines add 2 to 3 cups per 6 gallons. Check often until desired oak strength is achieved.
