EL PINTOR MEZCAL ENSAMBLE
PRoduced in Oaxaca in the town of Yautepec, El Pintor Mezcal is an ensemble of espadin and wild cuiche. Cooked in a traditional earth pit, fermented with naturally occurring yeast, and mashed with a tahoma, it is then twice-distilled in a artisinally made copper still.
