Winemaker’s Notes
The Valery Family is involved in environmental protection for more than 45 years. In 1970 Gilbert Valery planted 65 hectares of forest within the Haut Languedoc Natural Park. This plantation, as well as the use of lightweight bottles, enables the Family to reduce the carbon footprint of the vineyards. The Family has chosen also to cultivate its vineyards in sustainable agriculture, increases biodiversity in maintaining uncultivated fields.
Fruity with white peach aromas. Nice freshness with citrus aromas. Excellent aperitif wine, pairs well with shellfish, squid, crustaceans, grilled octopus.
