Winemaker’s Notes
The nose is complex with notes of raspberry, strawberry, bell pepper, and earthy undertones. The palate is smooth and inviting, with more red berry flavors and medium-high tannins. The high acidity keeps the palate fresh and not overly heavy, making it an excellent pairing for tomato-based pasta or smoky barbeque.
