Winemaker’s Notes

Shiraz & Cabernet Sauvignon are perfectly suited grape varieties for the warm, dry Australian climate. Bright raspberry and a hint of eucalyptus on the nose gives way to a rich palate with good fruit, firm tannins, and a peppery finish. This wine is great on its own or paired with lamb burgers, wild mushroom risotto, or traditional BBQ.

Blend: 40% Aragonez, 30% Castelao, 20% Touriga Nacional, 10% Alicante Bouschet
