Premier Classique Red (Montrachet) Wine Yeast – All Purpose. A very good fermenter with regular kinetics. Good alcohol tolerance that is useful in producing dry, full-bodied red and white wines. Excellent choice for oak barrel fermentation. 54-95 °F (12-35 °C) 15%. Each pack is good for up to 5 gallons of fruit must and 6 gallons of concentrate kit juice.
