Go-Ferm Protect is a natural yeast rehydration nutrient that is the result of a multi-year study of problem fermentations by Lallemand and the National Agricultural Research Institute (INRA) in France. Go-Ferm Protect helps to ensure yeast survival by incorporating sterols and polyunsaturated fatty acids (for cell protection) together with vitamins and minerals ultimately resulting in healthier yeast cells. To use, add Go-Ferm Protect to yeast hydration water, prior to adding your yeast. Recommended dosage is 1.25 grams of Go-Ferm Protect per 1 gram of yeast.
