Brazilian amburana medium toast wood chips impart a wide range of unique flavors! These are a great way for the home brewer and vintner to add complex spice flavors to beer or wine. These Amburana chips are very fragrant, with notes of baking spices, maple syrup, butterscotch, cinnamon, vanilla, and graham cracker. Used at a rate of 1.5 to 2 oz per 5 or 6 gallons, these are unlike any other wood chips you’ve seen before!
